Kiwi-lime sorbet
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Kiwi fruit; peeled and -quartered
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 c Water
- 6 oz Limeade
Instructions:
frozen concentrate Process kiwi sugar and 1/4 cup of the water in a food processor or blender until smooth. Combine 1/2 cup of water and the frozen limeade in a medium bowl; stir until slushy. Stir in remaining 1 1/4 cups water and kiwi puree. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
