Kanom mokang muang petch (coconut custard)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Coconut milk (14oz)
- 4 Eggs; well-beaten
- 1/2 c Sugar granulated
- 1/4 c Milk
Instructions:
evaporated Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk eggs sugar and evaporated milk. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
