Green rice - weight watchers
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Uncooked Rice
- 2 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bn Green Onions -- sliced
- 3/4 c Celery -- sliced
- 1 lb Bag Broccoli -- chopped
- 4 tb Diet Margarine -- (melted)
- 8 oz Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta
Instructions:
Works grea Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions cheese celery broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking).
