Firehouse quiche
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Zucchini grated
- 1 ea Onion small chopped
- 1 c Bisquick
- 4 ea Eggs
- 1/2 c Corn oil
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 ts Parsley dried
- 1/2 ts Marjoram
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper freshly ground
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
