Ingredients:
- 2 cn Green Chiles Pealed
- 1/2 lb Montery Jack Cheese
- 4 lg Eggs
- 1 Flour
- 4 tb Flour
- 1 Oil For Frying
- 1 Sauce *
- 1 sm Onion Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 ts Oil
- 1 c Tomatoes Whole
- 2 c Chicken Broth
- 1 Salt To Taste
- 1 Pepper To Taste
- 1 Oregano
Instructions:
To Taste * This is enough sauce for six to eight chiles.
