• 2 cn Green Chiles Pealed
• 1/2 lb Montery Jack Cheese
• 4 lg Eggs
• 1 Flour
• 4 tb Flour
• 1 Oil For Frying
• 1 Sauce *
• 1 sm Onion Chopped
• 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
• 1 ts Oil
• 1 c Tomatoes Whole
• 2 c Chicken Broth
• 1 Salt To Taste
• 1 Pepper To Taste
• 1 Oregano

Instructions:

To Taste * This is enough sauce for six to eight chiles.
