Brandied gorgonzola dip
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Gorgonzola Cheese
- 3/4 c Sour Cream
- 1/4 ts White Pepper
- 3/4 ts Brandy Blend the gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1
- 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Cherry Tomatoes
