Baked omelette
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Cheese
- 1 lb Potatoes
- 1 Egg
- 1 oz Butter
Instructions:
Salt Pepper Mustard Boil and mash potatoes mix potatoes grated cheese beaten egg and butter together season with mustard pepper and salt to taste. If too stiff add a little milk.
