Rice/corn patties
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients:
- 2 c Cooked AM Medium Brown Rice
- 1/2 c Leftover cooked cereal -OR- AM Corn Grits -- (Yellow or White)
- 1/4 c AM Toasted Garbanzo Flour -OR- other flour
- 1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
- 1 Egg; beaten OR...
- 1/4 c -Water
- 3 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
