Two berry yogurt shake
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Skim Milk
- 1/2 c Fresh Strawberries Mashed
- 1/3 c Fresh Raspberries Mashed
- 1/3 c Plain Low Fat Yogurt
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/2 ts Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
