Upside down peach pie (m_c-tx)
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 cn Sliced peaches
Instructions:
Mix together and pour into baking dish. Drain peaches and save juice. Put peaches on top of pie crust mix. Measure peach juice and add enough water to make 3 cups. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Heat and pour over fruit and bake at 350 .
