Tartare sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Mayonnaise (or salad cream)
- 2 tb Chopped gherkins
- 2 tb Chopped capers
- 1 ts Chopped chives
- 1/2 ts Tarragon
- 1/4 ts Chervil
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard powder
- 2 ts Anchovy sauce
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes - this allows the flavours to permeate.
