Spring herb dip
Yield: 1 Servings -
Ingredients:
- 1 c Mayonnaise *
- 1/3 c Scallions; sliced
- 1/3 c Parsley sprigs
- 1/2 Clove garlic
- 1 ts Wine vinegar; or lemon juice
Instructions:
*You may use any kind of mayo (reduced calorie fat free or regualr) In blender or food processor blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
