Spinach dip (dmn)
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 (10-ounce) packages chopped Frozen spinach thawed and Drained well
- 1 c Chopped parsley
- 1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ts Chopped onion
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 2 ts Pepper
- 1/8 ts Dried thyme Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
Crackers Mix all ingredients except crackers thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
