Southwest guacamole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 ea Avocados; Ripe Peel & Pit
- 4 ea Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
- 1 c Tomato; Chopped
- 1 Medium
- 1/4 c Lime Juice
- 1/2 t Salt
Instructions:
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
