Southwest guacamole
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 5 Avocados Ripe Peel & Pit
- 4 Cloves Garlic Fine Chopped
- 1 c Tomato Chopped
- 1/4 c Lime Juice
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
