Southwest guacamole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 ea Avocados; ripe peel & pit 4 ea Cloves garlic;finely chopped
- 1 c Tomato; chopped
- 1 medium 1/4 c Lime juice
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
