Spicy artichoke dip
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 cn (14-oz.) artichoke hearts -drained chopped
- 1 cn (4-oz.) chopped green -chilies drained
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 2 tb Green onion slices
- 2 tb Chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles. Makes 2 cups. From: Steve Herrick Source: [Kraft]
