Shrimp dip delight
Yield: 4 Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp raw
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 c Green onion chopped fine
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Parsley chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Celery
Instructions:
chopped Boil peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl blend cream cheese with onion celery lemon juice parsley salt cayenne pepper and mayonnaise. Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
