Savory breakfast dish~ bacon~ eggs & cheese

Ingredients:
- 10 ea SLICES OF BACON PART FRIED
- 1 c GRATED SWISS CHEESE
- 2 ea GREEN ONIONS & TOPS SLICED
- 4 ea EGGS BEATEN
- 1 1/2 c LIGHT CREAM
- 1 1/4 ts SALT
- 1/8 ts WHITE PEPPER
- 4 oz FRESH MUSHROOMS (OPTIONAL)
Instructions:
IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE CHEESE EGGS BACON (CUT IN 1" PIECES) ONIONS CREAM SALT AND PEPPER. ADD MUSHROOMS IF DESIRED. POUR INTO LIGHTLY BUTTERED 8" SQUARE DISH. BAKE. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
