Salata horiatiki (country salad)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 12 ea Small plum tomatoes
- 3 ea Cucumbers
- 2 ea Small onions
- 1 ea Green pepper
- 1/2 lb Feta cheese (or to taste)
Instructions:
Salt & pepper to taste Olives Clean and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pcs. Cut cukes. Mince onions and peppers. Cut up feta cheese. Place all these in bowl add olives. Season. Toss well. Serve with oil & vinegar dressing.
