Red pepper dip
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cl Peeled garlic
- 1/2 Jalapeno pepper seeded About 1 tablespoon
- 1/3 c Pecan pieces
- 1 c Drained sweet roasted or Pimento peppers
- 1/3 c Virgin olive oil
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions:
Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree. Add pecans pimento peppers olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in Parmesan if desired.
