Pumpkin-date bread
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 c Flour
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1/2 ts Nutmeg
- 1/4 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 c Water
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Pumpkin
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Walnuts chopped
- 1 c Dates
Instructions:
chopped Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil water pumpkin & eggs. Blend into dry ingredients. Fold in dates and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Posted by Judy Garnett/Raleigh NC - pjxg05a
