Pineapple sauce
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Pineapple juice
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 tb Flour
- 1 c Diced pineapple
- 12 Marshmallows diced
- 2 Lemons
Instructions:
Combine flour and sugar. Add pineapple juice lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Cook over hot water stirring constantly until thick. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Mix thoroughly. Serve with pudding or frozen desserts. Wilma Onstott Gering NE.
