Pineapple sherbet #2
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Water
- 1 c Pineapple; crushed
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 c Milk
Instructions:
Combine sugar salt and water. Boil 5 minutes. Cool add pineapple milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Freeze. Serves 6. Source: Mrs. Ben Nelson Union Grange Richland County OH
