Pinch pie
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 Egg whites
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vinegar
- 1 ts Water
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 c Sugar
Instructions:
Combine in bowl of mixmaster first 6 ingredients. Beat at high speed until stiff. Add 1 cup of sugar a little at a time. Shape like a pie shell on greased cookie sheet or form small amounts like birds nests and bake in 275 oven 1 hour turn off oven and leave in oven to dry. Serve with ice cream or fruit.
