Pickled string beans
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 qt String beans fresh or -canned
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 qt Vinegar
- 2 tb Mixed spices Prize winning recipe Wash fresh string beans. Remove strings. Cover with water to which
- 1/2 teaspoon salt has been added per quart. Cook until tender. Cover
Instructions:
