Papaya cucumber salsa
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 2 c Finely diced English -cucumber unpeeled
- 2 c Diced peeled papaya or mango
- 2 tb Chopped fresh dill
- 2 tb White wine vinegar or lime
Instructions:
-juice pepper In bowl combine cucumber papaya dill and vinegar. Season with pepper to taste. Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off before serving. Origin: Canadian Living February 1991. Shared by: Sharon Stevens
