Mr. food's snappy southwest dip
Yield: 99 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 Cups
- 1/2 c Picante sauce
- 1/4 c Sour cream
- 3/4 c Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 ts Chili powder
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 1/4 ts Ground cumin
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until well blended (or place in a medium-sized bowl and mix well by hand). Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies. And if you want to use lowfat ricotta cheese and substitute yogurt for the sour cream go ahead!
