Moose stroganoff
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Moose round steak; diced Fat for frying Salt Pepper
- 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cn Milk
- 10 oz
- 1/4 c Onions; chopped
Instructions:
Brown steak in fat in frying pan season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak soup milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
