Mother's chocolate diamonds (christmas)
Yield: 1 Pan
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine
- 3 x Unsweetened choc.; squares
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Flour
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2/3 c Pecans; chopped
Instructions:
Oven 400~. Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 400~ for 15 min. Let cool in pan. Cut into diamonds. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
