Mr. food's hot reuben dip- 1/19/96
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 can(16oz) sauerkraut -- : drained/squeezed dry
- 1 sm onion -- finely chopped
- 1/4 lb corned beef brisket -- : (cooked)
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 TB prepared horseradish
- 1 c swiss cheese -- (4 oz.);
Instructions:
: shredded Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F). Place the sauerkraut onion and corned beef in a blender or in a food processor that has been fitted with its cutting blade. Process until finely chopped. Combine the mixture with the remaining ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
