Maureen's beef curry
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Stew or fondue beef -- cut Into 1"cubes
- 2 tb Curry powder
- 1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c Molasses
- 1/4 c Tomato sauce
- 1 qt Orange juice -- (or more) Salt & pepper -- to taste
- 3 tb Oil
Instructions:
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring.
