Light muffin n' egg
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 English muffin (sara lee Plain)
- 2 sl Lean canadian bacon
- 1/4 c Egg Beaters Frozen Egg Substitute Seasoned salt -- to taste
- 1 sl Nonfat cheese singles
Instructions:
(borden sharp) Cook canadian bacon in microwave on 50% power for 1 minute 30 seconds; set aside. Beat egg beaters with salt and microwave covered on high for 1 minute. Meanwhile toast muffin until browned. Arrange bacon egg beater and cheese over toasted muffin and serve. Recipe By : Danica Paz
