Hot chedder bean dip
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise 16 oz Pinto beans drained mashed
- 1 c Shredded chedder cheese 4 oz Chopped green chilies
- 1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small overproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees F 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
