Hummus dip
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Garbanzo beans drained 1 Clove garlic
- 2 tb To 3 tb tahini 1/2 ts Cumin -(crushed sesame seeds) 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 c To 1/2 cup lemon juice Water
Instructions:
Place drained beans in blender. Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving dish. Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread.
