Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables half at a time to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
