Italian-seasoned breaded vegetables
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Italian seasoned dry bread Crumbs
- 1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 6 c Assorted vegetables
Instructions:
such as Broccoli florets carrot Sticks mushrooms Green or red pepper strips Yellow squash And/or zucchini strips Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables half at a time to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
