Guacamole dip #1
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado peeled and seeded
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Chopped canned green chiles
- 1/2 c Chopped tomato
- 2 tb Mayonnaise
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Garlic powder
- 4 Drops hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
Cooked artichokes chilled (optional) Puree avocado with lemon juice in blender. In small bowl combine avocado mixture green chiles tomato mayonnaise salt garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with chilled artichokes if desired.
