Garlic mayonnaise dip
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ts Garlic; minced 1/4 c Green onion; finely chopped
- 1/4 c Olive oil 2 c Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Mix the garlic chopped green onion tops and bottoms and the oil thoroughly. Add the mayonnaise and blend the mixture well until the oil is absorbed into the mayonnaise. Cover and chill.
