Creamy purple onion and basil dip
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Cream Cheese; Softened 1/4 c Fresh Basil; Chopped OR
- 4 ts Dried Basil; Crushed 1 c Sour Cream
- 1/4 c Carrot; Shredded 1/4 c Purple Onion; Chopped
- 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black Pepper
Instructions:
Beat the cream cheese to a smooth consistency gradually adding the basil. Blend in the sour cream and add the remaining ingredients blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip.
