Cold spinach dip
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pk Spinach chopped(cook/drain)
- 1 c Water chestnuts(drain/chop)
- 1 pk Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 8 oz Sour cream
Instructions:
Mix all. Refrigerate 2 days. Serve on crackers.
