Cottage cheese-herb dip
Yield: 1 Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 c Cottage cheese creamed
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Milk
- 2 tb Salad dressing (mayonnaise)
- 2 tb Green onions chopped
- 1/4 c Parsley coarsely chopped
- 1/2 ts Tarragon leaves
- 1 ds Pepper
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a blender scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
