Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 sm Onion; chopped 1/2 c Fresh lemon;
- 1 sm Green bell pepper; chopped Pepper to taste
- 1 sm Red bell pepper; chopped 1 tb Fresh basil;
- 1 Tomato; chopped -=OR=-
- 1/2 c Fresh lemon 1 tb Dried leaf basil;
Instructions:
-=OR=- Hot red pepper flakes; Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Add hot pepper flakes if desired. Makes 2 cups.
