Instructions:

Chiles should be dried Place chiles in bowl with 3 1/2 cups warm water. Let stand until softened. Discard all but 1 1/4 cups liquid. In a blender or food processor pruee chiles with liquid until smooth; scrape down sides of container once or twice. Use wherever Red Chile Puree is called for.
