Rancho san antonio beef marinade

Ingredients:
- 1 c White vinegar
- 1 c Brown sugar packed
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Ground cumin
- 1/2 c Water
- 5 c Tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 1/2 ts Red pepper
Instructions:
Combine ingredients. Marinade 4-5 lb beef in mixture in shallow pan in refrigerator 3-4 hours before barbecueing turning occaisionally to coat meat with marinade. Do not shake off liquid before cooking.
