Quickie hollandaise sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 3 Egg yolks
Instructions:
In small saucepan heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks beating constantly. Makes 3/4 cup.
