Quick cheese sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pk Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb
- 2 tb Butter
- 1 c Milk Salt and pepper
- 1 tb Cornstarch
Instructions:
Cut up cheese into a sauce pan. Add butter and milk. Heat slowly until cheese has melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water stir in a little at a time until sauce is of the required consistency.
