Quick creamy alfredo sauce
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Evaporated milk skim
- 1/4 c Butter Buds; liquid
- 1/4 c Flour
- 4 ts Chicken broth fat-free
- 1/4 ts Garlic; minced
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/4 ts Salt lite; (optional)
- 1/4 c Cheese
Instructions:
Parmesan fat-free In a small saucepan over low heat blend flour Butter Buds milk and chicken broth. Add garlic salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Serve with cooked fettuccine (10-12 ounces cooked).
