Quick san diego salad dressing
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 C. canola oil minus 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp. sugar (or Equal equivalent) 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 8 Tbsp. rice
Instructions:
vinegar 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (Optional: 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger and 2 tsp. soy sauce) Mix quickly in blender or jar. Refrigerate several hours to mingle flavors.
