Party cheese ball
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 pk (8oz each) Cream cheese Softened
- 2 c Shredded Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tb Chopped pimento
- 1 tb Chopped green pepper
- 1 tb Finely chopped onion
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ds Ground red pepper
- 1 ds Salt
Instructions:
Chopped pecans Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill several hours.
