Molho malageuta (malagueta sauce)
Yield: 1 Bottle
Ingredients:
- 1 c Chiles malagueta; stemmed
- 1 c Vinegar
- 1 Wine bottle
- 750ml
Instructions:
Oil olive MMMMM----------------------HEAT SCALE - HOT--------------------------- Place the chiles in the wine bottle add the vinegar and olive oil to fill. Cork the bottle securely. Place bottle in refrigerator and let steep for at least 2 weeks shaking the bottle infrequently. Substitute tabascos or piquins if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
